How Return Labels Work In ReturnZap

Return shipping in the portal

In the final step in the ReturnZap self-serve returns portal, your customers will be prompted to select from one or more return shipping methods.

You have the option to enable all or some of these methods, and to dynamically display different options based on rules you can set.

Three methods for return shipping:

‍You can enable multiple return shipping labels for your customers to select.

You can also dynamically control which shipping methods are available to your customers. For example, you may only offer prepaid labels to customers in the case of exchanges, but require that they arrange their own shipping for refunds.

Customer Paid Labels	Customer is responsible for shipping cost and can purchase a label directly in the ReturnZap returns portal. Connecting carriers for prepaid shipping labels

ReturnZap does not integrate directly with shipping carriers. Rather, carrier accounts are connected to ReturnZap through the use of our partner shipping integrators.

These companies specialize in carrier integrations, and connect to ReturnZap through a simple API key.

These integrators offer both free and paid plans. The best integrator for you will depend on your geographic location and the mix of shipping carriers you wish to use.
