Allowing customers to choose between multiple shipping methods
How it Works
ReturnZap supports two options to determine which shipping service is used for each return:
1) Automatic rate shopping to choose the cheapest option from among the carriers and services enabled
2) All
To enable multiple shipping services, go to ReturnZap Settings > Shipping > Rate Selection and choose the option Allow customers to choose
Logic to determine which shipping methods are displayed to customers are based on two factors:
1) Price within a threshold - Define a price threshhold as a %. All enabled shipping methods that fall within this price threshold will be displayed. For example - if you define a threshold of 25%:
2) Always display logic - You can configure certain shipping carriers and services to always display, regardless of price. This is currently in Beta. Contact ReturnZap support to enable.
Configuring the threshold percentage
The threshold percentage will always compare to the least expensive enabled shipping option. All shipping services whose costs are within the defined percentage range of the cheapest option will be displayed and presented to the customer.

Portal Experience
When the option to allow customers to choose an enabled service is enabled, customers will see a list of services during the Shipping step of the returns portal.
