Enabling QR code dropoff for returns
What are QR code return labels
QR codes allow customers to drop off their return package at a supported courier location without the need to print a return shipping label at home.

- Be on the ReturnZap Pro plan tier or above
- Have a connected shipping integration through either Easypost or Sendcloud
- Offer a shipping method which supports QR code return labels
- Have the QR Code feature turned on in ReturnZap Settings > Shipping > QR Code Returns

QR code return labels are only supported through specific integration methods, and only for specific carriers.
The full list of supported carriers is included below.

The QR code portal experience
If QR codes are enabled, and a prepaid return label is created for a supported carrier, customers will see the option to generate a QR code after submitting a return in the ReturnZap returns portal.
The customer will then see the QR code displayed in the returns portal, with the option to download the code to use at dropoff.
The customer will still have the option to download a PDF with the printable return shipping label, even after a QR code is created.
