Shipping platforms overview
What are shipping platforms?
ReturnZap integrates with several shipping platforms to enable a simple way for you to offer return shipping labels to your customers.
Shipping platforms aggregate dozens/hundreds of shipping carriers worldwide into a single interface. They allow you to connect your own existing accounts to a single interface, which can then be connected to ReturnZap. Depending on the market/country, many shipping platforms also turnkey shipping accounts, with the option to purchase shipping labels directly through their platform.
ReturnZap currently integrates with four different shipping platforms:
- Easypost
- Sendcloud
- Shippo
- Shipstation
Each of these platforms can be directly connected to ReturnZap using an API key in order to automate return shipping labels.
